Elliot is best known for his role of Carl Gallagher in the Channel 4 hit show Shameless.  Elliott originally shared the role with his twin brother Luke in the shows first series but then took the role himself permanently when Luke left the show due to his role of Daz in ITV1 soap Emmerdale.
